Muliebris Collection

One more month and its already Christmas! I know we are all excited for it and I can't blame you.

I mean who doesn't love Christmas right? Not unless you're the Grinch haha.

I can already imagine the parties, holiday shopping, decor, carols and even the traffic!

And being the kikay that I am, I enjoy the fact that I can just add a light sweater to my usual ensemble just in case it gets a little chilly *wink*wink*

However, for my Christmas collection in POLYVORE, I figured I'll deviate from all those red and green colors and do something more feminine. May I present my MULIEBRIS collection!

Muliebris is a Latin term which means feminine or womanly.

Think Fresh and Fringes

 

This creation is my inspiration for my overall look for our company's upcoming event this May 2.

It will be a formal event with Filipiniana as the theme.

I want to wear something like the classic Filipiniana dress with matching butterfly sleeves or popularly known as "Imelda Sleeves". However, I'm gaga over fringes lately thus I really want to incorporate it in my look.

For the makeup, I want a light pink smokey eye and a girly girly pink lipstick for added kikay factor .

Whew.. I do hope I can pull this off..haha..

Think Sophistication

Lately, I've been creating fashion sets and collections via POLYVORE. It's a website that allows you to create sets/collection whether its for fashion, beauty and home or if you simply want to express your creativity and unleash your inner fashionista (I do <3). Actually I accidently clicked this site while surfing the net and then..there you go! I'm enjoying it so much ..hehe

 

When I was a child, I greatly enjoyed playing paper dolls because you can mix and match the clothes and accessories and it only cost P1.00. Sometimes it comes as a freebie from snacks and candies.



I had one exactly like this when I was a kid! #tbt

Now with POLYVORE I can create collages of different sets: from high-end sophisticated fashion

 to casual and laid back.  This is the latest set that I created entitled Think Sophistication.

It's my creation-inspiration for an event that I will be attending this April.
